Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Iniya, an aesthetics and wellness center (referred to as “Iniya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- By accessing or using Iniya’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Services Location
- Iniya is located at Maruti Building, 1st floor, 12 Dr U N Brahmachari Street, Kolkata 700017, opposite Bellevue Clinic.
- Clients must visit the specified location for availing services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with Iniya management.
Booking and Appointments
- Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance for all services.
- Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through Iniya’s official website.
- Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
- Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at Iniya’s discretion.
Payments
- Payment for services rendered by Iniya is due at the time of service.
- Iniya does not currently offer online payment options on its website. Clients are required to settle payments in person at the time of their appointment.
- Iniya accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.
- Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. However, clients will be informed of any price changes before services are rendered.
- Any additional charges incurred during the service will be communicated to the client and must be paid at the time-of-service completion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid services.
- Iniya reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client’s schedule.
Client Conduct
- Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards Iniya’s staff and other clients.
- Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services.
- Clients must disclose any relevant medical information or conditions that may affect their suitability for certain services or treatments.
Liability
- Iniya shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by clients during or as a result of services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their medical history, allergies, and any other relevant details that may affect the provision of services.
- Iniya shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto Iniya’s premises by clients.
Intellectual Property
- All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and service descriptions, displayed on Iniya’s website or promotional materials, is the intellectual property of Iniya.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of Iniya’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
